Approachable online training. Learn to enjoy lifting as you discover your strength.

I'll be honest, before I started strength training back in 2018, I'd be the first to tell you:
>> Lifting weights is NOT fun.
I was a cardio-only kind of girl. Dance cardio, to be specific. "Toning" never really appealed to me. Mostly because the music usually sucked, it was boring/hard, and I didn't really know what to do.
I didn't really know what I was capable of and admittedly... I was a little bit nervous to find out.
Fast forward to today, and I LOVE lifting. It was a plot twist I didn't see coming.
I wouldn't have gotten to where I am without my first personal trainer. She wasn't like other personal trainers I'd seen. She was authentically kind (read: not likely to yell in your face). She was patient in teaching me how to be proficient. And most importantly, she believed in me. She believed I had what it takes. And she was right.
>>I was stronger than I ever knew.
I had been under-challenging myself for years. Not weeks, not months. Years. I wish I had started my strength journey so much sooner.
I'm here to help those who are newer to strength training or those returning to it after a break. My goal is not to shrink you but to unleash you. My goal is to help you become the strongest, most confident version of yourself.
Once you get a taste of your own potential and see your own progress, you'll love lifting too.
You're stronger than you know.

If you're anything like me, you hate wasting time. If you're going to go to all the trouble - all the time and effort to make yourself work out - you want to know it's worth your time. Right?
You and I both know that following random saved workouts from Instagram influencers isn't exactly a "strategic plan." Sure, it's better than nothing but maybe the "better than nothing" mentally hasn't been cutting it lately.
Maybe you've tried online programs before. You've start fired up with the best of intentions at the start, only to miss a week... or two... and forget the plan entirely. Trust me, we've all done it. I've bought programs I've scarcely done and programs I've never done.
The motivation for change is there. But I'll be honest...
>> Implementing change is tough.
There have been months when between trying to meet the demands of a demanding boss, keeping the bills paid, trying not to lose my sanity in dating, and doing all-of-the-things has taken ALL I have.
Even when I did get myself to the gym, I wasn't able to push myself the way I knew I had in the past. I was mentally and emotionally at my max capacity.
The wisest people I know, know when to ask for help. They build a TEAM.
That's where I come in: I'm here to join your team.
You don't have to do everything on your own.
I'm here to guide you through a strategic plan, to put emotional energy in your tank, and to support you every step of the way. You'll have one corner in your life where you no longer have to LEAD yourself. You'll finally have a place to follow.
In the words of the legendary Olivia Pope, "It's handled."
You don't have to figure out your program. You don't even have to figure out how to push yourself. If all you can do is get yourself to show up, that would be enough.
This area of your life can be handled. (Doesn't that sound like a relief?)
Done are the days of feeling bad about a lack of follow-through. Today you can decide to take action and begin a new chapter - this time with a team.
